Each campus has an international support office to help answer your questions and provide you with a range of services and support while you are studying with us. This includes information on the Campus, enrolment processes, assisting with visa renewals, accommodation arrangements and airport college. We also run comprehensive orientation programmes and through out the year you will have the opportunity to enjoy social events and functions.
We encourage you to use as many of these services while you are here. As well as contacts within University we have extensive contacts with agencies and community organisations - if you have a questions, we should be able to help or be able to put you in touch with the right people.
Leaving your country
Once you have received your Offer of Place there are still a number of things that you need to do to confirm and prepare for study at Massey. View our helpful checklist and make sure you have everything in place before you set out on your journey.
Arriving in New Zealand
After arriving in New Zealand you need to travel to your Massey University campus. If you would like to be picked up you will need to complete an arrival form. For more information, including customs and immigrations procedures read on.
